Ever experience your ego's fear of death?
Physically we all die eventually. Life on Earth is a gift, a time to live, learn and grow, a time to be, perhaps just for the fun of it...
Here is a script for your fearful self:
"You who is afraid of dying... Let us hope you do... so the healthy YOU can really start living!"

Don’t wait for the storm to leave, learn to dance in the rain!
Don’t wait for the storm to leave, learn to dance in the rain!
I love dancing in the rain, especially in the warm summer monsoons in sunny Arizona. It can feel both scary and serene at the same time with all the lightings and thunders, a sort of a liberating and calming experience. I make sure to get a rain dance into my schedule each July and August:)
For much of my younger life I sort of felt like I was surrounded by a storm, as if my life experiences were collections of gusts and winds, and lightning’s and thunders that I was to go through and weather. And, just like in storms and tornado's insanely random things would pop up every now and again, just to keep life interesting:) Storms like to grow large and strong and preferrably suck up anything they come in contact with to take it along for the ride.
Somehow, I always managed to remain in the center of it all and I have never initiated any storms, at least not ones I know of. As much as I used to internalize things when I was a young girl a part of me was still and calm and just a quiet observer, watching, learning and growing, never getting fully sucked in to any kind of drama or chaos. I have often taken on the role of being the eye of the storm, sorting through the stimulation, emotions and information, trying to make sense of it all even when there is hardly a sense to be made, at least not until years later. Eventually all winds subside and die away.
Life can come with quite a few storms and we may even get hit by a few lightings along the way. It is in the face of our greatest challenges that we truly learn and grow and take leaps beyond our wildest imagination. Whatever winds come your way, you always have a choice in the matter. You choose how to respond. You choose whether or not to get sucked into a wind and let it take you for a mad spin or you can choose to move to the center of the storm where there is infinate calmness and observe the magic of your life from a distance. All situations can be seen clearly when we detach from the illusions that like to circulate around us. Whatever storms come your way, may it be imbalance, sickness, dis-ease or loss, YOU always hold within you your inherent power to choose. All storms are teachers, and sometimes it is simply so that when the student is ready the teacher appears. What we choose to create out of a situation is far more significant than the situation itself. You are the creative force in your life, you are the CREATOR of your reality.
Why wait for the storm to leave? Try dancing in the rain.
